We Didn’t Buy New Clothes For A Year – Here’s What We’ve Learned!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Yeah, the title is exactly as it sounds. It’s funny, though – some people do it as a “no new clothes for a year” challenge. For us, it just kind of happened. That said, our journey to not buying any new clothes for a year is full of realizations and learning moments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We wanted to (and are still in the process of) downsizing our wardrobe since we live in a small apartment currently and having too many clothing items would be a little stressful, to be honest. So not buying any new clothing items just made sense for us. We are also more and more aware of the environmental impact we have with our consumption, so that’s a reason, too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Before we give away all the details, let’s dive into the things we have learned from not buying new clothes for basically a year.
